Cancer Retreat Scholarship Application

We are honored to offer scholarship support for our 3-day/2-night Cancer Retreats. These retreats provide space for healing, connection, and restoration wherever you are in your experience with cancer.

Whether you are newly diagnosed, in active treatment, in remission, or navigating life after treatment has ended, you are welcome here. Many who attend our retreats come in the months and years after ringing the bell, when the structure of regular appointments and medical support has faded, but the need for community and understanding remains. Wherever you are in this journey, there is a place for you.

This scholarship was created to ensure that finances are not a barrier.

What the Scholarship Covers

The scholarship covers your retreat program costs, including accommodations, meals, and all retreat activities. You will be responsible for your own travel to and from the retreat location.

Scholarship Eligibility

Scholarship support is available to Washington residents. The amount of support you receive is based on your household income in relation to the state median income for your household size.

How the Scholarship Works

We offer three levels of scholarship support, designed to meet you where you are:

25% Scholarship: for households with income between 75% and 100% of state median
income.

50% Scholarship: for households with income between 50% and 75% of state median income.

85% Scholarship: for households with income below 50% of state median income. This reduces your retreat cost to $55.

Cost varies by room. Some rooms at the facility offer different amenities and also cost more. If you choose a room with a higher rate, the balance after the 85% discount may be higher than $55.

If the $55 cost for the 85% scholarship level creates hardship, please let us know. We can work with you to further reduce or eliminate this amount. Cost should never be the barrier that prevents you from attending.
