This group is an opportunity for every Living SMART graduate to revisit the program material and reconnect with fellow graduates. In the past, we’ve found that cancer survivors appreciate the opportunity to:

  • Review and deepen their understanding of the material

  • Get answers to current questions about applying the tools

  • Reconnect with the supportive community of other graduates

Details:

  • Facilitators: Sarah Roth and Anna Charbonneau

  • When: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Pacific) on the 4th Thursday of each month

  • Registration: $45 per session 
    The group is limited to 15 participants per month (with a minimum of 4 required), on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Please register by the day before each session. Registration is required each month.

Sarah Roth

Sarah Roth is a doctoral student in Clinical Psychology at Seattle Pacific University. She has a strong interest in health psychology and works primarily with individuals living with cancer and other chronic health conditions. Dr. Anna Charbonneau

Dr. Charbonneau is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Seattle, WA. She earned her PhD in Clinical Psychology from Seattle Pacific University, with a special emphasis in health conditions including cancer and chronic pain.
