MultiCare Nurse Renewal Retreat

At this retreat, you will:

• Learn relaxation techniques to support your overall well-being

• Explore mindfulness as a therapeutic practice for yourself and your patients

• Practice self-compassion as the foundation of self-care

• Develop generous listening skills for more effective communication

• Reconnect with the passion and meaning behind your work

• Experience movement, creative arts, poetry, and journaling in a beautiful setting that promotes reflection, resilience, and renewal

• Receive 13 Nurse Contact Hours upon completion

Registration Includes
Your registration includes all meals from lunch on Day 1 through lunch on Day 2, as well as a private room. Some rooms include a private bath, while others have a shared bath.

Retreat Location
The retreat will be held at The Sacred Waters Center, located on the scenic shores of Hood Canal in Union, Washington. This peaceful setting offers lush forests and breathtaking water views that support rest and renewal.
