Join a community of caregivers who value self-care as a way to sustain a compassionate presence and support long-term wellbeing in their work.

At this retreat, you will:

  • Learn relaxation techniques to support your overall wellbeing

  • Explore mindfulness as a therapeutic practice for yourself and your patients

  • Practice self-compassion as the foundation of sustainable caregiving

  • Develop generous listening skills for more effective communication

  • Reconnect with the passion and meaning of your work

  • Experience movement, creative arts, poetry, and journaling in a beautiful setting that promotes reflection, resilience, and renewal

  • Earn 13 Nurse Contact Hours upon completion (for qualified participants)

Retreat Location:

The Archbishop Brunett Retreat Center is located just south of Seattle in a peaceful, natural setting. The center sits on 39 secluded acres of forest on a beachfront bluff overlooking Puget Sound, offering a tranquil environment for rest and renewal.

While the Archbishop Brunett Retreat Center is a Catholic retreat center and does have religious items throughout the space, please know that this is not a religious retreat. Our programs are inclusive and focused on healing, reflection, and support for people of all backgrounds and beliefs.
